Hello Kootenay crew! Looking forward to meeting and working with you. To book with me either in Trail or in Castlegar, please use this website. Direct billing for most insurers is available. Any remaining payment can be made via Etransfer, Cash, or Debit/Credit cards.

All Trail appointments will be held at Pine and Needle Wellness, 860 Eldorado St, Trail. Pine and Needle is across the street from both Ferraro’s and Trail United Church. Front doors are locked for security, please use the doorbell to request entry 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. Pay parking on the street is available.

All Castlegar appointments will be held at Allegra Collective Studios, 425 Columbia Avenue, Castlegar. Allegra is at the far right of the plaza, next to the Kootenay Hearing Clinic and across froth RCMP office. Doors are locked for security when treatment is in session, and will be unlocked for you about 10 minutes before your appointment time.

While RMT treatments can be partially or fully reimbursed by insurance, direct billing is not currently available at ReBalance. Upon payment, you will receive an RMT receipt to submit manually. Hello and welcome to my practice! I look forward to meeting you, or working with you again.

Whatever state of health you are in, I will customize a plan to address your goals, incorporating a variety of evidence based techniques while leaving you feeling rested and refreshed.

I am a 2016 grad of Sutherland Chan School in Toronto, with a focus on serving a diverse population of clients in many health conditions. I completed specialty placements at Toronto General Hospital and Lyndhurst Rehab Facility for spinal cord injuries. Some examples of regular practice for me have been working with injury rehab, complex health conditions, prenatal and pediatric massage, athletes in training and recovery, stress management and general maintenance.

After maintaining a busy practice while exploring B.C., I am looking forward to getting to know the mountains and the community here!

With previous experience offering a range of yoga practices, pilates movement re-education and sound healing meditation, I look forward to integrating deeper into our wellness community and assisting your healing journey. Feel free to email if you have any questions, see you soon!
